Cancellation policy Please note:
Individuals canceling a course must give Select First Aid a minimum of five business days notice prior to the class. “No Shows” will result in full liability for entire course cost.
Please make sure to give us at least three business days notice for rescheduling, otherwise a $10.00 administration fee will be charged.
Registration policy:
If you decide to register over the phone - 604-596-5666, or by email info@bcfirstaidcourses.com please be aware that we will need a Visa or a Mastercard number to get you registered. Do NOT email any credit card information, it is highly recommended to call afterwords. You are NOT considered registered until we receive payment or financial commitment.
Only customers with preapproved credit can use phone ordering as a payment method online or pay with a business cheque. Unfortunately, personal cheques are not accepted.If you plan to pay cash or debit, please be aware of our office hours: 8:00 a.m. to 4: 30 p.m., Monday to Friday. Any off-line payment is accepted only during our office hours. Thank you!
Red Cross CPR C
Participants in CPR courses will learn how to recognize and respond to cardiovascular emergencies. The courses also detail how to access the Emergency Medical System, and provide rescue breathing and treatment for conscious and unconscious choking situations. All CPR courses follow the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada Guidelines.
