Cancellation policy Please note:
Individuals canceling a course must give Select First Aid a minimum of five business days notice prior to the class. “No Shows” will result in full liability for entire course cost.
Please make sure to give us at least three business days notice for rescheduling, otherwise a $10.00 administration fee will be charged.
Registration policy:
If you decide to register over the phone - 604-596-5666, or by email info@bcfirstaidcourses.com please be aware that we will need a Visa or a Mastercard number to get you registered. Do NOT email any credit card information, it is highly recommended to call afterwords. You are NOT considered registered until we receive payment or financial commitment.
Only customers with preapproved credit can use phone ordering as a payment method online or pay with a business cheque. Unfortunately, personal cheques are not accepted.If you plan to pay cash or debit, please be aware of our Office hours: 8:00 am to 4: 30 pm, Monday to Friday. Any off-line payment is accepted during office hours only. Thank you!
Occupational First Aid—Level I (8 hours)
Occupational First Aid Level I, II and III courses are recognized first aid courses for work sites in British Columbia.
All employers in British Columbia must comply with the Workers' Compensation Board regulations except those which are federally regulated. To determine the level of first aid coverage required for a business, consult Select First Aid at 604-596-5666 or email info@bcfirstaidcourses.com
Prerequisites
Students must have reached their sixteenth birthday before they can take the course. Successful candidates of Level 1, who are under 19 years of age, will receive a restricted ticket until they reach 19. Restricted ticket holders must work under the supervision of an unrestricted ticket holder. Textbooks will be available at the time of registration.
