Cancellation policy Please note:
Individuals canceling a course must give Select First Aid a minimum of 5 (five) business days notice prior to the class. “No Shows” will result in full liability for entire course cost.
Please make sure to give us at least 3 (three) business days notice for rescheduling, otherwise a $10.00 administration fee will be charged.
Registration policy:
If you decide to register over the phone - 604-596-5666, or by email info@bcfirstaidcourses.com please be aware that we will need a Visa or a Mastercard number to get you registered. Do NOT email any credit card information, it is highly recommended to call us first. You registration is complete only when we receive your payment or financial commitment.
Only customers with preapproved credit or an open account with us can use phone ordering as a payment method online or pay via business cheque.
Unfortunately, personal cheques are not accepted.If you plan to pay cash or debit, please be aware of our Office hours: 8:00 am to 4: 30 pm, Monday to Friday. Any off-line payment is accepted during office hours only. Thank you!
